Role Summary
We are seeking an innovative, ambitious, and inspirational candidate to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will be experienced in allied health professions education and return to practice including professional practice, leadership, advanced communication skills. It would be beneficial to have a track record in sharing your knowledge effectively to learners, in teaching or training, through your passion and commitment to education, training, research and high-quality service delivery.
Key areas of contribution include:

Teaching across distance learning formats
-
Supporting interprofessional learning and collaboration
-
Developing teaching that integrates professional practice, communication, and leadership
-
Using digital and simulation-based learning approaches
Main Responsibilities
-
Design and deliver teaching across the Return to Practice programme and wider College provision
-
Facilitate synchronous and asynchronous learning activities
-
Develop and deliver simulation-based education, including use of digital tools (e.g. Body Swaps) and clinical simulation resources

Support interprofessional learning, professional skills, and academic development
-
Undertake personal tutoring and professional mentoring

Contribute to mentor development and training
-
Undertake module coordination and contribute to programme development

Support recruitment, marketing, and engagement activities for Return to Practice
Successful candidate will be supported to develop their professional academic portfolio and research interests, including the opportunity to undertake our highly regarded Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in HE/Academic.
