About us
Dough is a stone baked pizza restaurant and cocktail bar in the centre of Hindley, Wigan.
We do a variety of freshly made pizzas, small plates & pasta dishes.
Hourly rate of pay & tronc (tips) on top of a competive salary depending on experience.
30+ hours a week.
A background of working with fresh food is essential but training will be provided.
As a chef de partie you’ll be expected to prepare and cook food in accordance with recipes provided by the head chef. Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for cooking and have a background in food preparation. Let us know if you're interested!
Responsibilities:
- Report to the head chef.
- Cook and prepare food according to the recipe and safety guidelines.
- Follow the style and presentation of food served at this restaurant.
- Monitor quality and quantity of food being produced.
- Be able to multi-task.
- Act as a role model for other chefs.
