Cladco Profiles is a rapidly growing family business in the composite decking, cladding and industrial roofing market and we are looking to add motivated, confident, committed individuals to our ever-growing workforce. Cladco Profiles has been trading for the past 5 decades and is a nationwide market leader in its products and recognised throughout the UK by both trade and retail consumers.
The Role:
To run our roll former and manufacture bespoke size roofing sheets, flashings , custom flashings & stock sheets. Training will be given, but previous experience in roll forming , handling and producing sheet metal and or machining would be an advantage.
· Picking, Manufacture and Packing of roofing Orders
. Working to an electronic process
. Technical and mathematical reading and understanding
The role will require a neat and tidy mindset, with a professional approach that will be required from the candidate. We will be looking for a dynamic and physically fit person that is able to work confidently and independently.
A good working practice and the ability to work on your own initiative is essential.
Health and Safety is paramount as is the ability to follow the health and safety rules set out by Cladco Profiles.
Forklift experience would be an advantage however full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
40 hours a week Basic with 1 hour Lunch Break
Base work hours: 8:00 - 17:00
Overtime paid at time and a half over 40 Hours
£15.06 an hour
You will also be enrolled into to the company’s performance-related discretionary bonus scheme.
