What we’re looking for:
- Experience making Neapolitan‑style pizza (or similar premium styles)
- Excellent dough‑handling skills: stretching, proofing, shaping, topping
- Speed and consistency in a high‑volume kitchen
- Clean, professional cooking habits
- Positive energy and a strong team‑player attitude
