The Position
We require Multi Skilled Operatives to work individually or as part of a team undertaking adaptation works to Vulnerable and Disabled service users’ homes, including:
· Installation of Level Access Shower rooms and Shower Over Baths
· Fitting internal and external doors
· Internal alterations such as door widening and structural reconfiguration and making good
· Minor adaptations such as grab rails, shower seats and steps
You are applying because you:
· Have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification (or be prepared to work towards)
· Can demonstrate substantial experience in similar roles
· Can provide quality workmanship and consistent productivity in a variety of trade activities such as joinery, plastering, tiling, plumbing and finishing
· Have the ability to be customer-facing with excellent communication skills and show consideration and compassion to service users
· Take ownership of tasks and pride in your work and ability
· Hold a full Driving Licence
· Can show a strong awareness of Health and safety and environmental procedures
· Hold a CSCS card (not essential as help can be provided with training and application process)
Pay and Benefits

· Between £31,200 to £35,360 (negotiated based on experience)
· 40 Hour standard week
· Plenty of paid overtime available (at time & a half)
