LET IT are an established and professional Letting Agency based in Hillington, Glasgow, specialising in one thing and one thing only, protecting our client’s investment.
We are currently looking for a Property / Letting Administrator to meet our growing business needs.
The Role
The role involves all aspects of Property Management Admin within a busy Letting Agency, including tenants’ applications, referencing, arranging paperwork and documents associated with Private Residential Tenancies in Scotland. Taking calls from tenants and actioning repairs / maintenance issues.
Also, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors daily to ensure the smooth daily running of all properties.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5 pm and Friday 9 am to 4 pm with a 45-minute lunch break (unpaid).
About You
The post holder will play a crucial role in the management of clients’ properties. You will be involved in arranging viewings for properties, selecting and dealing with tenant applications. You will be handle the day to day running of properties, coordinating contractors, and most important of all, keeping client landlords & tenants fully informed. You will be dealing with quotes and queries from contractors so it’s also important to have a good understanding of cash flow and admin.
Candidates for this position should be super organised, detailed, and diligent, as well as able to multitask. It will suit someone who is a very strong communicator, great at conversing with people from all walks of life and calm under pressure.
Role Requirements
- Computer literate and good customer service skills.
- Experience in the private rented sector and property management background is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
- Clean, current driving license.
