We’re a fast-growing home improvement company specialising in windows, doors, and exterior products. We're looking for motivated, self-employed individuals to join our field outreach team and generate leads in local residential areas.
Working as part of a small, friendly team (2–4 people), you'll go door-to-door introducing our services and booking appointments for our in-house sales consultants.
Role Responsibilities:
- Carry out around 100 household visits per day within your allocated area
- Engage face-to-face with homeowners to promote our services
- Book qualified appointments for our home improvement team
- Work to weekly and monthly lead generation targets
- Present the company positively and professionally at all times
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle – essential
- Confident, friendly communicator with a positive attitude
- Well-presented and reliable, with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors and travelling locally
- Experience in sales or customer interaction is helpful, but not essential – full training provided
What We Offer:
- Self-employed role with realistic earnings between £22,880 and £70,000+ per year
- Fixed working schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm (with 1-hour lunch)
