We are recruiting for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join a successful building contractor in London, to support the construction team.
You will play a key role within the team, working closely with the Senior Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyors, ensuring projects are run efficiently and profitably as well as maintaining full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and contract conditions
This role would suit someone who is outgoing, confident, and excellent at coordination. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic approach to learning and a desire to enter the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Surveyors to produce written responses for project and framework tender opportunities.
- Plan, coordinate and manage project programmes and costs.
- Buying and managing construction products for the sites.
- Assistance in health & Safety management.
- Oversee marketing to new clients.
