Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity with a strong, stable and expanding Franchise. Team DPW is an expanding Domino’s Pizza Franchise that currently have 12 stores across Devon and Somerset. We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who is operationally focused to manage the overall daily operations within the store. Our main goal is to make and serve great quality pizzas at speed, whilst looking after our dedicated customers and leading a large team efficiently.

The right candidate:
- Full knowledge of KPI’s required
- Passionate about great standards in our Domino’s Pizza stores
- Has a people first mentality
- A passion for inspiring and developing your team
- Can identify the training needs of the business and understands the key competencies necessary to be effective in our business
- Has been a Store Manager for minimum 1 year
- Has a minimum of 2 years hands on food experience
- Has a fully flexible schedule to fit all needs of the business
- Is available evening, weekends and late nights as per needs of the business
- Able to influence people
- Performance measured on store KPI’s: Food Cost, Labour Cost, Service, OER standards, Product Quality, and People Development
