This People Operations Advisor role sits within the People Team in the Corporate Services Directorate, supporting the delivery of GIAAs People and Culture and workforce strategies. Working in close partnership with a counterpart role, you will contribute to a collaborative and resilient People Operations function, sharing responsibility for delivering high-quality, customer-focused HR services across the Agency.
With a primary focus on Workforce Capability & Systems, you will lead on HR systems, workforce data, and reporting, ensuring accurate insights to inform decision-making and improve organisational effectiveness. Alongside your specialist responsibilities, you will support wider People Operations activity, driving continuous improvement, strengthening people management capability, and promoting inclusive, consistent practices across the organisation.
This role will operate on a rotational basis within the People and Culture structure, working in close partnership with The People Operations Advisor People Risk & Casework Lead by providing reciprocal cover and flexible support to ensure effective delivery across the function in response to changing business priorities and demand.
