Security Door Supervisor (SIA) – LM Security
Location: Southport & Formby, Merseyside
Salary: £15 per hour (PAYE)
Job Type: Part-time (Thursday,Friday, Saturday,Sunday)
About the Role
LM Security is looking for a professional Door Supervisor to join our team in Southport & Formby. You’ll ensure safety, manage access control, and deliver excellent customer service across our venues. A valid SIA Door license essential.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor entry/exit points
Ensure safety and control in busy environments
Provide high-quality customer service
Record incidents and follow reporting procedures
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
