We are seeking an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring that every customer has a delightful experience in our café.
Shifts are Tuesday to Saturday inclusive, 9.30am to 4pm.
We are based inside Creations Interiors furniture store and have a very friendly team.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, including workstations and equipment.
Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and service.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders.
Experience in food preparation is advantageous, along with knowledge of food safety practices.
Strong time management abilities to maintain efficiency during peak hours.
Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively and provide help when needed.
A passion for coffee culture and a willingness to learn about different brewing techniques.

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
