The role
We’re looking for an Contract Manager - IT & Telco to join our collaborative Procurement & Commercial team, helping us deliver safe, sustainable and value-driven outcomes across a portfolio of IT programmes and projects. You’ll work closely with colleagues and suppliers, providing trusted commercial advice, building strong relationships, and ensuring contracts are effectively managed from sourcing through to delivery. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape how we partner with our supply chain, supporting innovation while always keeping safety, integrity and long-term value at the heart of everything we do.
You will
- Partner with IT leaders and project teams to provide thoughtful commercial guidance across a range of programmes and contracts
- Build positive, trusting relationships with suppliers, ensuring safe and effective delivery against contractual commitments
- Lead on contract management activities, including sourcing support, negotiation, administration and performance management
- Identify opportunities to improve value, sustainability and efficiency across the supply chain, always aligning with safe working practices
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements, embedding a culture of safety and accountability
You have
- Experience managing IT and/or Telecoms contracts, ideally across a diverse supplier portfolio
- Strong commercial awareness, with confidence in drafting, interpreting and negotiating contracts
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams and stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with a commitment to safe, ethical and responsible ways of working
