Job Overview
We’re looking for an administrator to join us at our busy Bramhall estate agency. Position is full time Monday-Friday 9am-17:30.
We are a fun, vibrant and BUSY estate agent and we need someone who is super organised, super friendly and knowledgable with the local area.
Job role will include putting contracts together, gathering relevant money laundering documents, liaising closely with clients, booking in viewings, managing and organising a full diary.
We are looking for someone who is happy to get stuck in and can offer superb customer service. You will need to be knowledgable with IT and emails, although training will be provided.
Duties
- Managing daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
- Handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Speaking with clients and buyers
- Booking in appointments. viewings, valuations etc
- Organising appointments, meetings, and schedules using Microsoft Office
- Supporting team members with organisational needs
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy, professional, and welcoming
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational abilities is a plus
- Good phone etiquette with clear communication abilities
- Excellent customer service
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent typing speed and data entry skills for accurate record keeping
- Strong administrative experience with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
- Exceptional organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail in all aspects of work to minimise errors

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
