Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area, including tables, counters, and front-of-house spaces
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
- Uphold high standards of hospitality to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant service, catering, or hospitality is desirable
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills
- Bar/Barista experience is desirable
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
