Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office activities, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette by answering inquiries promptly and professionally
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Support administrative functions by preparing reports, processing invoices, and managing records
- Assist with clerical duties including typing documents, organizing supplies, and maintaining office equipment
- Maintain organized digital and physical files for easy retrieval of information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication across departments
Qualifications
- Prior office experience demonstrating strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), and QuickBooks
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence
- Knowledge of office equipment operation and basic troubleshooting is a plus
