Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Office Manager to oversee daily operations within our busy sales office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience in office management, team supervision, and administrative functions. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team, optimise office processes, and contribute to the overall success of our sales department. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing client relationships, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth office operations using tools such as QuickBooks. Previous experience in human resources and clerical support is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office activities to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality customer service
- Supervise and support sales team members, providing guidance and performance feedback

- Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Handle all communication with clients via phone, email, and in person with professional phone etiquette
- Organise schedules, meetings, and appointments for the sales team
- Oversee clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and improve organisational efficiency
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a sales environment
- Supervising experience with a track record of leading teams effectively
- Strong human resources knowledge including recruitment and staff management
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—alongside professional phone etiquette
- Organisational skills capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is highly desirable
