We’re looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician or Master Technician to join our growing workshop team.
If you have a passion for Porsche, BMW M and performance vehicles, enjoy solving technical challenges and take pride in delivering work to the highest standard, we’d love to hear from you.
As an independent Porsche Specialist and proud Porsche Partner Network member, we specialise in Porsche servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and performance. Alongside Porsche, we work extensively with BMW M cars, as well as a wide range of prestige, performance and classic vehicles.
No two days are the same.
What you’ll be doing
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing Porsche, BMW M and other prestige vehicles.
- Carrying out advanced diagnostics and electrical fault finding.
- Completing complex mechanical repairs including engine, drivetrain and suspension work.
- Geometry setup and wheel alignment.
- Identifying additional faults and communicating clearly with the workshop team.
- Maintaining exceptionally high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Supporting and mentoring junior technicians (Master Technician applicants).
We’re looking for someone with
- A minimum of 3 years’ professional workshop experience.
- NVQ Level 3, IMI Level 3/4 or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with performance, prestige or specialist vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic, electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
- Experience with modern diagnostic equipment.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine enthusiasm for cars.
Experience with Porsche or BMW is advantageous but not essential.
