We are looking for dedicated Food & Beverage Assistants to support our team in delivering consistently high standards of service in this unique setting.
What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Delivering attentive, consistent service across breakfast, bar, afternoon tea, dinner, and events including weddings and private parties all year round
- Supporting set-up and clear-down of restaurant, bar, and lounge areas
- Preparing place settings and ensuring all service areas are immaculate
- Monitoring stock levels and communicating effectively with Supervisors and Managers
- Completing daily checklists and maintaining high operational standards
About you
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Professional, reliable, and committed to high standards of service
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation (personal and work)
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team
- Previous hospitality experience is preferable, or a clear desire to develop a career in the industry
- Able to work a flexible rota including weekends, Bank Holidays, and key seasonal periods including Christmas

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
