We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen poster to join our team.This role is vital in maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness, contributing to the overall success of our restaurant or catering services.
Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all surfaces are sanitised.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, reporting any malfunctions to the head chef.
- Preparation of food and assisting chef's with cooking.
Requirements
- Previous or catering environment is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Must have good hygiene and attention to detail
