Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Acro Teacher to inspire and guide students in the art of acrobatics and aerial skills. In this role, you will design engaging lesson plans, foster a safe and motivating environment, and help students develop their strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about teaching movement arts, possesses sports coaching experience, and enjoys working with diverse age groups. Responsibilities
- Lead dynamic acro classes tailored to different skill levels, from beginners to advanced students
- Develop creative lesson plans that emphasize safety, technique, and progression
- Provide clear instruction on acrobatic movements, aerial tricks, and partner work
- Monitor students’ progress and offer constructive feedback to encourage improvement
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during training sessions and routines
- Foster a supportive environment that promotes confidence, teamwork, and fun
- Maintain equipment safety checks and ensure the cleanliness of training areas
Qualifications
- Proven sports coaching experience with a focus on movement arts or acrobatics
- Strong background in teaching or instructing diverse groups of learners
- Excellent communication skills to effectively demonstrate techniques and provide feedback
- Ability to motivate students and create an inclusive, positive atmosphere
- Knowledge of safety standards related to aerial arts and acrobatic training
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development in acro or related disciplines
Pay: £20.00 per hour
