Royale Tiles Kitchens & Joinery is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and experience in the tiles, kitchens, or joinery industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and build lasting customer relationships.
- Assist customers in selecting tiles, kitchens, and joinery products that meet their needs.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and successfully close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends.
- Coordinate with the design and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in tiles, kitchens, joinery, home improvement, or construction materials.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good computer skills and experience with sales software is an advantage.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
