Job Summary
This role is incorporates the day to day management of all Irish Stone activities on a particular site. Irish stone have sites in NI, RoI and UK and can be involved with landscaping, public realm, new facades, and restoration to facades, all using natural stone. For this role natural stone experience is ideal but not essential.
The following is essential;
· 5+ years of Site management experience
· Full working knowledge of surveying equipment
· Ability to use AutoCAD to read and markup drawings
· Ability to use Excel and other computer software.
· H&S certification
· Ability to react quickly and seize opportunities
· A outgoing personality who continually upsells
· Licence and passport.
Role includes the following
· Organisation of staff and sub subcontractors
· H&S checks and assessments
· Activities and Daily work schedules
· Delivery schedules
· Programme updates
· Irish Stone representative in site meetings
· Design development
· Fabrication process control
