Salary: £32,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Five-day working week, including one weekend in four, with rest days on the Friday and Monday.
Location: M40 Corridor, covering Oxford to Birmingham
Our client is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join its service team, providing installation, maintenance and repair support for professional commercial coffee equipment across the M40 corridor.
This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to a varied customer base, including cafés, restaurants, hotels, convenience stores and national retail and hospitality businesses.
Working independently, you will manage your own schedule, diagnose faults, complete planned maintenance and repairs, and ensure customers receive a professional and reliable service.

Installing and commissioning commercial coffee equipment

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance

Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults

Responding to reactive breakdowns across your region

Managing van stock to support first-time fixes

Completing service documentation accurately using electronic systems

Building strong relationships with customers

Representing our client professionally while working on customer sites

Previous experience servicing commercial coffee machines is preferred

Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Full UK driving licence

Flexible approach to travel, weekend working and overtime

Willingness to undertake specialist product and technical training
