Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year speciality coffee experience as a barista
- Confident with commercial espresso equipment
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to work efficiently during busy periods
- Good food safety and hygiene knowledge

We’re hiring an experienced Barista to join Mouro Coffee Bar, an independent coffee shop in Heaton Moor focused on high-quality coffee, great service, and excellent customer experience.
Key Duties
- Prepare and serve speciality coffees and beverages
- Take orders, operate the till, and engage customers professionally
- Plate cakes, pastries, and sandwiches to order
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Support the team during busy service
