Serving the Liverpool City Region, The Whitechapel Centre’s mission is to prevent and resolve homelessness, social exclusion and housing poverty by providing practical, realistic, tailored support so that each person can find a route out of homelessness, maintain a home and achieve their individual potential.
Applications are invited against the position of Project Worker in our family homeless service in Liverpool 8 which offers 16 self-contained units within an eco-friendly building run in partnership with SHAP.
Shifts are 4 on, 4 off. (Two day shifts are followed by two night shifts and then 4 days off.)
With a background in a related homelessness, housing or support setting, you will be a self starter who demonstrates a positive ‘can do’ attitude, and a real passion for delivering positive outcomes for clients and ensuring appropriate move on.
