Blossom Barn Nursery is opening a brand-new, purpose-designed setting in Great Chesterford, and we are looking for an experienced, passionate Toddler Room Leader to join us at the very start of this exciting new chapter.

The Role
As Room Leader, you will:
- Lead and inspire your room team to deliver outstanding care and education
- Create a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment where children thrive
- Plan and implement engaging, child-led experiences in line with the EYFS
- Support, mentor and develop your team members
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently met
- Build strong, professional relationships with parents
- Take pride in creating a room that feels like a home-from-home
You will work closely with the Deputy Manager and Nursery Manager to help embed high standards, strong routines and a positive team culture from day one.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or strong senior practitioner ready to step up
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- A warm, positive and proactive approach
- A genuine love for early childhood education
