Year 3 Teacher – Widnes Primary Academy
Widnes Primary Academy School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join our Supply Register. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire young learners, deliver high-quality lessons, and support pupils’ academic and personal development in a welcoming and inclusive primary school.
The role is to start on 1st June 2026 and will run until the end of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the Key stage 1 curriculum

Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment

Monitor and assess pupils’ progress, supporting their individual learning needs

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupils’ development

Encourage a love of learning and help build confidence and curiosity
Ideal Candidate:
-
Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
-
Experience teaching Year 3 or Key Stage 1

Strong classroom management and organisational skills
