We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable people to join us for our busiest and most magical time of year. We have a variety of seasonal opportunities available across our Garden Centre, including:
- Weekend positions in our Gift Department
- Weekend positions on our Checkouts
- A range of hours available within our Christmas Department
- Christmas Elf (From 15th November)
Whether you're looking for weekend work or additional hours over the festive season, we'd love to hear from you.
Main Duties:
- Providing friendly, helpful and welcoming customer service.
- Assisting customers with finding products and answering queries.
- Supporting our Christmas Department with the replenishment and presentation of festive displays.
- Helping customers choose gifts and seasonal products within our Gift Department.
- Operating tills and assisting customers in our Checkout area.
- Replenishing stock and ensuring departments remain fully stocked throughout the day.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and tidiness across all areas.
- Supporting colleagues during busy trading periods and helping wherever needed.
- Following all relevant health and safety procedures.
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties to support the successful operation of the garden centre during the Christmas season.
Requirements of the Role:
- Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with customers.
- Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and willing to support different areas when required.
- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
- Able to follow instructions and work safely.
- Previous retail, customer service or hospitality experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Most importantly, you'll enjoy delivering great customer service and helping to create a fantastic Christmas shopping experience for our customers.

Rates of pay displayed are for those aged 21 and over.
