Bluebell House Care Home is looking to recruit an experienced Cleaner to join our friendly team.
The ideal candidate would ideally have previous experience in a cleaning routine within a residential care home setting. You must be able to clean to a very high standard and maintain high standards of cleanliness in our residents' rooms, public areas and throughout the building at all times, always following Infection Prevention Control guidelines.
Qualifications, Training and Experience:
- To have a genuine interest for older people
- To have good communication skills
- To have the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Main Aims of the Job:
- To implement a good standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the workplace
- To promote a safe environment for all residents, staff and visitors to the home
- To contribute to the fulfilment of the individual resident’s personal needs; to ensure that they enjoy a good quality of life by sustaining a friendly, caring environment
- To ensure that residents retain their dignity, choice and individuality
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.86 per hour
