What you'll do:
- Develop and manage partnerships with community organisations, local authorities, businesses, and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand community programmes through strategic collaborations.
- Coordinate partnership initiatives that support community development and organisational objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with volunteers, sponsors, and community groups.
- Work closely with programme and operations teams to deliver successful community projects.
- Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support community outreach activities, workshops, and public engagement events.
- Prepare partnership reports, presentations, and performance updates.
- Ensure partnership activities align with organisational values, policies, and strategic goals.
- Promote collaboration, sustainability, and long-term community engagement.
Requirements:
- Experience in community engagement, partnership management, programme management, business development, customer relations, public services, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous leadership or project coordination experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Passion for community development, sustainability, and social impact.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £4,800.00-£6,400.00 per month
