Part-Time Property Portfolio Manager
We are looking for a friendly, organised and professional individual to assist with the day-to-day management of a growing residential property portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and taking ownership of a varied role within a growing property business. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact for tenants.
- Responding to tenant enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors.
- Liaising with managing agents, suppliers and service providers.
- Monitoring rent payments and following up on outstanding matters.
- Assisting with tenant move-ins, move-outs and property inspections.
- Maintaining property records and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date.
- Supporting the onboarding of newly acquired properties.
About You
You will be:
- Friendly, approachable and professional.
- An excellent communicator with strong people skills.
- Highly organised with good time management skills.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
- Confident using email, Microsoft Office and other digital systems.
- A problem solver who enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
Property experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
This is a part-time position with flexibility around working hours and the opportunity to grow with the business as the property portfolio expands. (There maybe an opportunity to increase the hours as the portfolio grows).
Pay: £15.00-£22.00 per hour
