Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Organise and maintain files, records, and documents both digitally and physically
- schedule work using our in house system
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Support team members with administrative needs to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a tidy and organised office environment to promote productivity
Experience
- Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £13,879.00-£14,742.00 per year
