To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene throughout guest bedrooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest bedrooms to company standards
- Change bed linen and replace towels
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies
- Vacuum, dust, polish, and sanitise rooms and bathrooms
- Clean public areas as required
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Handle guest property with care and report lost items
- Ensure cleaning trolleys are stocked and organised
- Assist with laundry duties if required
