Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within our premises, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Previous experience in hospitality services is preferred, but full training will be provided. Duties
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to high standards of hygiene.
- Change bed linens, replenish supplies, and ensure all areas are tidy and presentable.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, furniture, windows, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning tools and products.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Adhere to organisational policies regarding confidentiality and guest privacy.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in cleaning services is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Good organisational skills and reliability.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including mornings or afternoons as scheduled.
- A positive attitude and professional demeanour are essential for providing excellent service.
