An Exciting Opportunity in High-End Interiors
A fresh opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated FF&E Procurement Manager to join a close-knit Interiors Team working on a diverse range of UK and international residential projects.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in interiors, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive mindset. You’ll play a vital part in delivering high-quality, bespoke FF&E packages for beautifully crafted properties — from concept through to final installation.
Key Responsibilities
Budget Management
- Build and manage detailed FF&E budgets based on furnishing lists and historical pricing
- Source and negotiate pricing on all items, including bespoke pieces
- Package project cost plans for internal and client use
- Manage and minimise cost alterations
Specifications & Procurement
- Collate FF&E specifications and identify any missing details
- Generate quote requests and purchase orders
- Track payments, invoices, and ensure costs align with quotes
- Manage delivery timelines and logistics to meet project deadlines
- Coordinate installation and quality checks with logistics partners
Supplier Liaison
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and trades
- Negotiate trade pricing and resolve disputes professionally
- Arrange approval samples and follow through on order delivery
Ideal Candidate
Skills & Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (essential)
- Excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities
- Acute attention to detail and quality
- Experience with FF&E or high-end interiors procurement is highly desirable
- Familiarity with technical drawings a plus (not essential)
- Willingness to learn in-house order management software
Analytical & Communication Skills
- Confident analysing cost options and presenting clear data
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong negotiation skills and time management
- Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, suppliers, and logistics
This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, creativity, and strong administrative capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills:
- Over 5 years’ experience in a similar FF&E, interiors procurement role
- Strong sourcing skills and a good eye for interior detailing
- Able to read and interpret design drawings (basic AutoCAD knowledge a plus)
Personal Qualities:
- Proactive, organised, and detail-focused
- Strong communicator and team player
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a small team
- Excellent record-keeping and written English
Role Details
- Location: Office-based in West London
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
- Travel: Some UK and international travel required for installations and dressing
