You will lead by example, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience while maintaining the highest standards across both front and back of house.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Front of House
- Welcome and host guests in a warm, professional manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout each guest's visit.
- Manage guest enquiries, bookings, and any customer concerns or complaints efficiently.
- Ensure the reception and guest areas are clean, organised, and presented to a luxury standard.
- Maintain a calm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere at all times.
Spa Operations
- Prepare the spa for daily operation, ensuring all facilities are clean, stocked, and ready for guests.
- Carry out cleaning duties throughout the day and ensure exceptional hygiene standards are maintained.
- Reset treatment rooms and communal areas between guest visits where required.
- Ensure the spa operates smoothly and efficiently during opening hours.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and cleanliness procedures.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and support the spa team.
- Manage staff rotas and daily schedules.
- Oversee staff performance, training, and development.
- Delegate duties effectively and ensure all team members meet expected standards.
- Foster a positive, professional, and supportive working environment.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding when required.
Back of House Management
- Manage stock levels and oversee inventory control.
- Order spa products, cleaning supplies, consumables, and operational equipment.
- Monitor supplier relationships and coordinate deliveries.
- Ensure storage areas remain organised, tidy, and fully stocked.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Maintain operational records, checklists, and documentation.
- Help develop and improve operational procedures where needed.
Business & Administrative Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the spa.
- Ensure both front and back of house operate efficiently and consistently.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures.
- Manage cash handling and end-of-day reconciliations where applicable.
- Ensure company standards and policies are followed by all staff.
- Identify opportunities to improve guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with the business owner regarding staffing, maintenance, stock, and operational needs.
- Coordinate with external contractors or maintenance providers when necessary.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and report any faults promptly.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous management or supervisory experience, ideally within hospitality, wellness, leisure, luxury retail, or spa environments.
- Be confident leading a team while remaining hands-on in daily operations.
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Take pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Be proactive, reliable, and able to solve problems independently.
- Have good computer skills and experience with scheduling or booking systems (preferred).
- Be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays where required.
What We Offer
- A friendly and supportive working environment.
- Opportunity to be part of a growing luxury spa.
- A varied and rewarding role with genuine responsibility.
- Staff benefits and discounts (where applicable).
- Opportunities for progression as the business continues to grow.
If you are organised, personable, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading a team by example, we'd love to hear from you.
