MYCO Works are actively seeking a Systems & Projects Executive to join the team at our Ipswich town centre location.
MYCO Works is a UK-based, behind-the-scenes B2B service provider, specialising in affordable Registered Office Address, Director Service Address, Virtual Business Address, Company Formations, Ready Made Companies, Meeting Space and Telephone Answering services, with cost-effective packages and customer service at its core. Established in 2014, we have quickly and consistently grown from one office in Ipswich to five offices in the UK in Ipswich, London, and Edinburgh. Our client base is diverse, with companies from all over the world using the security of a UK company address to trade both nationally and internationally.
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and commercially aware individual to support the development and launch of new projects, services, and operational initiatives across the business.
The role will involve coordinating tasks, managing project activity, supporting implementation plans, and helping turn ideas into live operational services. Working within the Development Department, you will work closely with different departments and external suppliers to ensure projects progress smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem solving, organisation, and helping drive new ideas forward within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of new business projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and communications.
- Assist with the launch of new services, systems, and operational improvements.
- Liaise with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward.
- Help develop processes, documentation, and implementation plans.
- Track project progress and provide updates to management.
- Identify and escalate delays or operational challenges where needed.
- Conduct research into suppliers, systems, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Support the handover of completed projects into day-to-day operations.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
Skills & Experience
- Good understanding of business systems and software platforms.
- Strong IT and technical confidence.
- Organised with good project coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technologies quickly.
- Experience with CRM systems, workflows, automation tools, or operational software would be beneficial.
