Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in various settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are kept tidy and presentable, contributing to a pleasant environment for campers using the facilities. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including Toilets, Shower, campers kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure effective sanitation.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding courteously to any requests or inquiries from staff or visitors.
Skills
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to drive may be required for roles involving travel between different locations.
