Summary
We are seeking a passionate fully qualified up to NVQ Level 3 or higher qualification Toddler Room Leader to join our team at Little Miracles Day Nursery. This vital role involves guiding our toddler classroom, ensuring a nurturing atmosphere that promotes learning and independence for children aged 2 to 3 years. Your leadership will help shape the early experiences of our young learners.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the toddler classroom, ensuring high standards of care and education.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children's development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Support and mentor nursery staff to deliver exceptional childcare.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of nursery policies and procedures.
- Qualifications
- Proven management and leadership experience in a childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Relevant nursery or childcare qualifications.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
- Valid driving license is preferred but not essential.
