Responsibilities
- Supervise all bar operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality beverage offerings
- Lead, motivate, and manage the bar team, including bartenders and support staff, fostering a positive work environment
- Oversee food preparation and culinary aspects related to bar service, including snack and small plate offerings
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all food production activities
- Develop creative drink menus, incorporating current trends and customer preferences to enhance guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste while ensuring availability of all beverages and ingredients
- Train staff on serving techniques, responsible alcohol service, and hospitality best practices to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in bar or restaurant settings with strong team management skills
- Extensive restaurant experience with a focus on food preparation, cooking, and beverage service
- Culinary experience or background in food safety standards is highly desirable
- Knowledge of hospitality industry operations, including hotel or restaurant environments
- Barista experience or expertise in coffee preparation is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations within a hospitality setting
