What You'll Bring
- A genuine love for early years education and child development
- Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (SVQ3)
- HNC Childhood Practice or equivalent
- Level 2 (SVQ2) also considered
- At least a year's experience is ideal - though enthusiasm and drive count for a lot
- Warmth, energy, and a collaborative spirit
