Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality hair styling and barbering services tailored to client preferences.
- Delivering outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organised workspace in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Consulting with clients to understand their desired look and offering professional advice on styles and treatments.
- Managing appointment schedules effectively to optimise client flow and minimise wait times.
- Communicating clearly with clients regarding styling options, aftercare, and product recommendations.
- Ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and maintained appropriately after each use.
- Staying updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering to provide innovative services.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service within a salon or barbering environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Skills in hair styling, barbering, or related fields are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients.
- A friendly, professional demeanour with strong organisational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst maintaining individual responsibilities.

Pay: £30,567.00-£51,227.50 per year
