To lead on the administration of the London Spinal Cord Injury Centre's (LSCIC) Outreach Service and Community Liaison Service, assisting in both the Adult Referrals and the Children and Young People’s referrals (CYP).
Provide administrative support to the Spinal Outreach, Community Liaison and CYP teams, and the wider LSCIC MDT.
Manage telephone, email and written enquiries, ensuring timely responses and accurate record keeping.
Oversee team inboxes, processing referrals and communications efficiently.
Maintain patient referrals, records, clinic activity and correspondence on EPIC.
Monitor waiting lists and patient pathways, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
Collect, analyse and report service activity data, including KPIs, waiting list and visit activity.
Provide data and statistics to support audits, reporting, research and presentations.
Maintain records on the National Spinal Cord Injury Database (NSCID).
Manage outpatient correspondence and monitor responses.
Support EPIC, E-Roster, E-Proc, payroll submissions and staff expenses.
Support education and training activities, including delegate administration and invoicing.
Contribute to the effective day-to-day running of the service and work closely with the multidisciplinary team.

The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Spinal Outreach, Community Liaison and Children & Young People's (CYP) teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the service. Key responsibilities include managing referrals and patient records on EPIC, monitoring waiting lists and referral pathways, overseeing shared team inboxes, responding to enquiries, and maintaining accurate service activity data.
The role also supports reporting and audit functions through the collection, analysis and presentation of performance and KPI data, including submissions to the National Spinal Cord Injury Database. Additional responsibilities include coordinating team administration, managing outpatient correspondence, supporting e-rostering and expenses processes, organising meetings and training activities, and providing administrative support for education programmes, research, presentations and service development activities.
The post holder will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, external organisations and stakeholders to ensure high standards of patient administration and service delivery.
