The Role
We are a specialized B2B Consultancy that identifies professional interest in high-growth industry sectors. We provide our corporate clients with high-quality market data and pre-qualified introductions. Due to expansion, we are looking for professional Appointment Setters to join our remote team.
This is a structured, "non-sales" role. You are not required to close deals or provide advice. Your objective is simply to gauge professional interest and verify data.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Contacting professional individuals from a pre-qualified contact list.
- Following a structured introductory script to gauge interest in specific industry sectors.
- Identifying relevant professional interest and booking introductory appointments for our senior consulting team.
- Maintaining high standards of data accuracy and professional courtesy.
About You

- Communication: You must have a clear, professional, and confident telephone manner.
- Reliability: You are dependable and capable of working independently from a home environment.
- Attention to Detail: You can follow a script accurately and record data precisely.
- No Finance Experience Required: We provide full training on our sectors and systems.
Hours & Working Arrangement
- Hours: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, Monday to Thursday (8 hours per week).
- Environment: 100% Remote.
- Equipment: You will need a reliable internet connection and a quiet space to make outbound calls.
Pay & Incentives
- Base Rate: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour.
- Quality Bonus: Fixed-sum bonuses for every successfully verified appointment that takes place.
- Training: Full initial induction and ongoing support provided.
