Breakfast & Lunch Chef (Self-Employed)
Location: Bognor Regis, West Sussex
We are looking for an experienced, reliable and passionate Breakfast & Lunch Chef to join our growing café.

- Monday to Sunday (Shift Pattern)
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch dishes.
- Ensure food is prepared and served efficiently during busy service periods.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness.
- Follow all food hygiene and food safety procedures.
- Assist with food preparation, stock control and stock rotation.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Line Cook or Chef.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage.
