We are an architecture and interiors practice based in Charlbury, Oxfordshire — right in the heart of the Cotswolds — working across residential, hospitality and interiors projects, including work overseas alongside historic pub-with-rooms conversions closer to home. No project gets lost in a big-firm hierarchy: you will work directly with the whole team from concept through to detail, with real exposure to client and contractor conversations from early on.
We are looking to grow the team and welcome applications from Part 2 Architectural Assistants through to newly qualified Architects (Part 3), with at least 2 years’ experience in practice. What matters most is a strong design portfolio and confident technical skills across AutoCAD, Rhino and the Adobe Suite (Revit experience a plus) — and an appetite to take on real responsibility across live projects rather than sitting on the periphery of them.
This is a genuine alternative to city practice — proper design work, a collaborative studio, and a home in one of the most sought-after parts of the country to live and work.
