Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements and present suitable products or services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up and personalised service
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the B2B sector
- Organise and manage a pipeline of sales prospects using IT tools and CRM systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings
- Manage time effectively to prioritise sales activities and client meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, customer service, or related roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driving licence is preferred for client visits or fieldwork
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Effective time management skills to optimise productivity and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Pay: £12.71 per hour
