Job Summary
Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Building Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Westminster.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out detailed property inspections including routine and complex repairs issues, Damp & Mould surveys, and specify appropriate remedial works.
- Prepare detailed specifications for tender purposes and for tackling latent defects, insurance claims, to evaluate projects and project manage the works to completion.
- Supplementary pre and post work inspections, provide technical advice, value for money reports, property condition reports, minor insurance claims, property adaptations and to provide works specifications
Academic & professional qualifications:
- HNC/HND or similar
- Professional qualification of either full MRICS or MCIOB
