Job Overview:
We are currently seeking Event Staff to join our team for various events in the hospitality industry. As Event Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of events and providing excellent guest services.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up event spaces including arranging furniture and decorations
- Assisting with guest registration and check-in processes
- Managing guest queries and providing information about the event
- Serving food and beverages to guests
- Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the event area throughout the event
- Assisting with event breakdown and clean-up
Skills:
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks during events
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills to deliver excellent guest services
- Flexibility to adapt to different tasks as required during events
